Old Fashioned/Veterans Day Sunday

Andrew and Kody dressed up in Grandpa's old Navy uniforms. They fit the boys perfectly. Grandpa said people called him really small, but Andrew who is 11 years old, can fit in his outfit and it fits him like a glove.....figure that one out! They looked really nice and it was a great day!

We are finally getting there! All that is left to do is to paint and tile the walls.....and the trim and the basement and finish the steps....but we are almost done!! haha It is really looking good!

This is Andrew's new dog, "Jet." A lady from mom's work had a daughter who brought home the dog, but her mom said "I don't think so!" So Andrew got himself a new dog!

Mom and Dad have been looking for new cabinets and it has been quite an adventure! As soon as they figure it out we will post more!

More demo work in the kitchen. The new kitchen entry is where the window used to be. The old entry will be closed and the refrigerator will set there. The entry to the basement will be through the kitchen. We have to reinforce the stairs. It's a wonder Jon and Andrew didn't crash through to the basement jumping down them all these years.
